1. **On-site Consultation**: We will walk through your site with you, discussing how you envision the space and how you plan to use it. During this meeting, we will also cover your budget and timelines. 

 

2. **Site Analysis**: After our initial discussion, we will return to take measurements, grades, and note important natural features that will impact the design. We will capture plenty of photos and create a site plan. 

 

3. **Conceptual Drawings and Digital Cookbook**: Next, we'll develop conceptual drawings featuring alternative designs. Additionally, we will create a digital cookbook that includes photos of your plant selection and material options. 

 

4. **Concept Review**: We will then meet again to discuss and finalize the layout, plant selection, and hardscape materials. 

 

5. **Detailed Master Plan**: Finally, we will provide you with a comprehensive master plan. This plan will include the names, numbers, and locations of the plants, as well as details on hardscape features such as paths, patios, walls, and water features. We will also supply you with detailed plant lists, organized by planting phase.
